EXPO is the only West Virginia trade show for the Construction, Engineering, and Architectural industries.
EXPO Admission Policy — All persons planning to attend the EXPO trade show must be registered. EXPO is a private trade show open to qualified attendees only and not the public.
Qualified attendees are those directly engaged in construction; design; public works or infrastructure construction and maintenance; others actively engaged in procurement of these goods or services; owners demonstrating a need for these goods and services; trade professionals and others who play a role in supporting the design and construction industries. EXPO may request Proof of Business to support your request for admission. You may be asked to present business credentials to qualify your business or trade; applicable license or registration; business card; or other related business or trade documentation.
Minors aged 17 years and below must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Solicitation of EXPO attendees or exhibitors by non-exhibitors is strictly prohibited and anyone in violation of this policy will be asked to leave the premises.
EXPO 2016 had over 4,700 attendees from all across the region.
EXPO charges no admission fee to qualified attendees.
EXPO 2017 booths are available in 10’x10′ increments at the following rates.
$700 per booth for 1 to 5 booths
$600 per booth for 6 or more booths.
A $50 PER BOOTH Early Payment Discount will apply to
contracts received by January 15, 2017.
