This popular event is held the first evening of the show and offers an exciting variety of food and beverages for our guests. Come network with the many expected exhibitors and attendees while enjoying complimentary beer, wine & hors d’oeuvres.

Come mingle and do some business over breakfast. This is your opportunity to meet and interact with construction and design
businesses from across the Unites States. Meet, great, eat & enjoy!

EXPO will recognize After Hours/BOB sponsors in the following ways:

  • Mail over 2,000 invitations bearing the logos and company names of the sponsors to select business &
    community leaders.
  • Each sponsor’s logo and company name will be included in a full-page ad in the Show Program and
    featured on the EXPO web page.
  • The logos and names of the sponsors will be displayed on banners and PowerPoint presentations that
    run continually during the show. Sponsors will be provided special nametag ribbons.
  • The sponsors’ logos and names will be printed on napkins and table tents used during the event.
  • Periodic announcements will be made during the show recognizing the sponsors.
  • Sponsors will be recognized in articles and promotional materials subsequent to the show.

Sponsor the EXPO App!

Signage with QR codes to download the App will be located throughout the show as well as online and in various mailings. We will include your firm’s name and logo on everything with the QR code. Your firm will also be featured on the App itself with a banner ad.

Registration Pens

Why not have your firm’s name on the EXPO pens provided for the Show Registration Area? The
pens are also used at select seminars and in the Show Office.
Fee: $500 (plus cost of product)

Name Badge Lanyards

Name Badges are mandatory for anyone attending a seminar/meeting or visiting the show floor. You
can have your firm’s name printed on Name Badge Lanyards that attendees can use instead of
pinning the badge holder to their clothes.
Fee: $1,000 (plus cost of product)

WIFI Sponsorship

FREE WIFI is available at the venue for exhibitors and attendees when using the special EXPO
access code. This is a great opportunity to showcase your company on table tents and WIFI access
cards that are available at the registration desk.
